1 Introduction and Acceptance

pj0k is an online betting and gaming platform that offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and other related services to eligible players. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of the device or method used to access it.

By completing the registration process and creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on pj0k. pj0k reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

2.2 One Account per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pj0k. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must notify pj0k promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team at [email protected].

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pj0k accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must contact pj0k immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. pj0k does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Process. pj0k is required to verify the identity of all players as a condition of operating a fair and secure platform. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be required at other times at pj0k's discretion.

3.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

3.3 Verification Timeline. pj0k will endeavour to complete KYC verification within two business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete. pj0k accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or illegible documentation submitted by the player.

3.4 Refusal of Verification. If pj0k is unable to verify your identity to its satisfaction, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided is fraudulent, pj0k reserves the right to permanently close the account and, where legally required, return funds to the original payment source after conducting appropriate checks.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. pj0k currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pj0k's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though pj0k may apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance purposes.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your pj0k account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. pj0k accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on pj0k are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider for currency conversion where applicable.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that were obtained through lawful means. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held until verification is finalised.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will be issued to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any applicable transaction limits set by the relevant payment provider. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

5.4 Processing Times. For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Processing times for other methods may vary. pj0k targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

5.5 Withdrawal Fees. pj0k does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, over which pj0k has no control.

5.6 Right to Request Documentation. pj0k reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the player's account balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible players as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new and existing players who meet the qualifying conditions. pj0k reserves the right to exclude any player from any offer at its discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the specific offer terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. pj0k operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players; and exploiting pricing or system errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, pj0k reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated bets, suspend the account, and recover any funds paid out as a result of the abuse.

6.4 Non-Transferability. Bonuses are non-transferable between players and cannot be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific offer terms.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. pj0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not adversely affect the wagering progress of players who have already opted into the offer.

7 Betting Rules and Settlement

7.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the pj0k Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, event, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with all applicable rules before placing a bet. Bets are confirmed only when acknowledged by pj0k's system and a confirmation reference is generated.

7.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a price is offered in error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error — pj0k reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. pj0k will not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's reasonable reliance on an erroneous price.

7.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided where: the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed on an incorrect market due to a system error; or applicable rules specify voiding as the settlement outcome. Voided bets result in the full stake being returned to the player's account balance.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play prices and markets are updated in real time and pj0k accepts no liability for delays in price updates caused by third-party data providers. Bets accepted before a significant event (such as a wicket, goal, or red card) may be settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed by pj0k's system.

7.5 Maximum Payout. pj0k reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual events, markets, or game types. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface. In the event that winnings exceed the stated maximum payout, only the maximum payout amount will be paid.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pj0k Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets without human intervention.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction thresholds.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or withdrawal.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pj0k staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pj0k Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game titles, and user interface elements — is the property of pj0k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pj0k's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pj0k and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10.2 pj0k does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or external factors beyond pj0k's reasonable control (including internet outages and payment provider downtime) may cause temporary service interruptions. pj0k will use reasonable endeavours to minimise such interruptions and will not be liable for losses incurred during them.

10.3 pj0k's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pj0k's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by pj0k's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pj0k; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 By pj0k. pj0k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; KYC verification cannot be completed to pj0k's satisfaction; unusual or potentially fraudulent account activity is detected; or a legal or regulatory obligation requires pj0k to do so.

11.2 Consequences of Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all pending withdrawals and bets may be placed on hold. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, pj0k reserves the right to void bets, forfeit bonuses, and withhold funds pending resolution of any outstanding AML or fraud investigation.

11.3 By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting pj0k's support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following a final KYC review.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments to These Terms

pj0k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
